NCI-Roberts Construction is renovating the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center, the 2019 Floor360 Design for a Difference Madison makeover recipient. The project encompasses the addition of a janitorial room; kitchen adjustments; reconfiguration to create a larger art room, computer room and new exercise room; replacing exterior and interior surfaces and materials, doors, acoustical ceilings, and lighting; repairing water damage; and updating the HVAC, electrical and plumbing as needed. NCI-Roberts donated pre-construction services and labor hours to help FLOOR360 and Design for a Difference Madison’s Design Team of 50 local interior designers complete the project.

NCI-Roberts is completing three phases of construction for Burke Lutheran Church. Phase one will be construction of a 5,830 square foot one-story facility with a floorplan incorporating a vestibule, nursery, warming kitchen with pantry, fellowship space, choir room, fireside room, offices, bathrooms; and rooms for files, mechanicals, and storage.
Phase two will be relocating the existing church, built in 1899. A portion of the church containing the gym and kitchen will be demolished, a new foundation will be poured, and the remaining portion of the structure will be relocated to the new foundation.
In phase three, the re-located original church and the phase one facility will be connected, and a 658 square foot addition featuring a sacristy and organ room will be built.
Other project features include new accessible sidewalks, entries and paving.

NCI-Roberts is completing an interior and exterior remodel for Heartland Church in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. The project includes remodeling the existing 10,000 square foot space and an expansion into a 26,000 square foot space. The expansion will allow for a supporting lobby, bathroom core, and increased children’s, office and support space. The project will provide the church with a junior worship space that seats 226 people and a larger worship space that seats nearly 600 people. Other project features include building façade improvements, construction of a vestibule, new landscaping, and the development of an adjacent lot to accommodate additional parking.
