NCI-Roberts Construction remodeled the interior and exterior of an office building for WNWC-FM Life 102.5, a local Christian radio station. Interior updates included new drywall, flooring, lighting, paint and door hardware. Exterior updates included new windows. These changes refreshed the appearance of the workspaces and improved energy efficiency.

NCI-Roberts also renovated the existing tower station building. The project included razing a vacant portion of the masonry transmitter building, repairing and updating the remaining building’s envelope to protect the transmittal equipment, and coordinating the installation of new HVAC equipment and electrical service. New roofing, painting, doors, and static-free flooring were also installed.
